Our Team

Victor Sanchez

Victor Sanchez

Office Manager

Victor was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, and has a degree in accounting. Victor was a professional soccer player for many years as a striker. He played for Chile, Australia, and then in Washington DC. He became a contractor, building both residential and commercial real estate. In 2019 he embarked on a unique dental practice buildout, and it became the most beautiful orthodontic practice in the entire United States of America – Roland Park Orthodontics.
He enjoyed the happy orthodontic environment so much, that he joined the team as a practice manager. Victor is here for all our patients to help with all things insurance, welcome patients to our office, and answer any questions a patient may have about their account. He enjoys meeting all our new patients and families. Granted there is much to discuss about smiles and soccer. We know he loves both.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Sanchez, and their four children, playing soccer, and watching their children’s sporting events (Lacrosse, Football, Soccer, and cross country).

Alena

Alena

Clinical Coordinator

Alena, our Clinical Coordinator, was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She attended Digital Harbor High School and completed her dental assisting program at Fortis Institute where she soon decided that she wanted to do something she was really interested in, BRACES!! So, she joined us here at Roland Park Orthodontics for an externship. When Alena did her clinical hours required for graduation at our office, we just knew she was the perfect fit for our team, so we hired her right away!!  Alena says she is a complete nerd when it comes to teeth, and we often spot her watching dental videos online.

She loves to see our patient’s smiles transform and being a part of our smile making team. Alena is a natural leader and has grown right into the clinical coordinator role, where she ensures that all things clinical operation is in order. This helps to give every patient an outstanding experience EVERYTIME they walk in the door.

Alena enjoys jet skiing, four-wheeling, and eating at fancy restaurants. And she is a new dog mom to the cutest Labra-bull named Versace.

Brooke

Brooke

Soon-to-be Orthodontic Assistant and CFO “Chief Fun Officer”

Brooke joins our team as an extern and is not only loving it, but she is also learning all things orthodontic assisting at the speed of light. She has very quickly established herself as the Chief Fun Office!  Brooke has designed a color menu for braces, a laser light party when braces come off and created the best flavor combos for impressions. She is not only an outstanding trainee assistant and lab tech, but a great person overall.

Brooke says having braces a few years back and improving her smile is what made her want to be in the dental field. Knowing she can help others be more confident in their smile makes her happy! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, planning spontaneous beach trips, and reading books. Her favorite author is Colleen Hoover.

Lauren

She loves to see our patients’ new-found confidence and appreciation once treatment is complete. She also enjoys getting to know new people and creating friendships. Lauren is here for all our patients to establish payment plans, welcome patients to our office, and answer any questions a patient may have about their account. She’s more than willing to answer any of your questions and help with any of your concerns.

Lauren takes pride in making these processes as easy as possible and making sure every patient and their family members have an enjoyable, comfortable experience at our office. She spends most of her spare time with friends and family. She loves cooking, going to the beach, listen to music and working on her fashion side hustle.

Katherine

Katherine

Orthodontic Assistant

Katherine was born in Lima, Peru and came to Maryland in 2012. She went to Franklin Highschool. She completed her dental assisting program at Fortis Institute and worked in pediatric dentistry for five years before joining our team. Katherine loves working with all our orthodontic patients, because for her, seeing each patient’s smile transform is a genuinely rewarding experience. She truly loves interacting with each patient, getting to know them and making sure every patient feels at home when they are here. She believes a beautiful smile makes such a big difference on how a person feels.

When she is not assisting, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, listen to music, travel and hiking. Oh, and not to forget; for the past four years her family tradition is to watch all Harry Potter movies one week before.
